    “Relaxing holiday”

We stayed at the hotel for just over a week and it was a wonderful relaxing experience. We were B&B - our room was lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The grounds of the hotel were amazing , it was so lovely just looking at the flowers and enjoying the fish, frogs and the terrapins. The hotel is at the end of Novo Sancti Petri so if you don’t have a car it’s a bit out of the way. We were out of season and lots of bars and restaurants were already closed and towards the end of our holiday the hotel started to literally shut down around us !

“Fantastic room and very friendly, helpful staff!”

I stayed for 2 days for a short break - my room was even better than in the photos (I recommend the garden view, 4th floor or higher); beautiful gardens, friendly, attentive staff and beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Noemi on Reception especially, as well as Lorena and her staff, went out of their way to help - thank you!!

“A 5* luxury hotel. Let yourself be spoiled”

We haven't been able to take holidays for 2 years, so we thought we deserved a good break from work and our daily routine. We wanted to be free of kitchen and cooking our own food so we took the option of breakfast and dinner. The rooms in the hotel are nice and of a good size and so is the bed, 2m by 2m. The bathroom has a separate toilet, shower and bath. The dinners follow a theme that changes every day. We enjoyed it. The hotel is not so close to a town where you can go for walks but it is right at the dunes that you have to walk down to go to the beach. We visited mid October and the weather was still nice enough to go sunbathing. Our travel agent sold excursions and trips and we rented a car to explore the area. All in all a very nice stay.

    “Great week away”

Relaxing week away in a lovely hotel. Breakfast buffet fully stocked with something for everyone. Evening buffet disappointing and expensive. Plenty of on street parking so no need to pay 12€ per day.

“An excellent standard with a relaxed attitude”

Hands down one of the best hotel stay I have had. We were there for 8 nights and can't remember seeing a single thing messy or out of place. While everything in the resort is very close, nothing ever feels busy. That being said, the breakfast buffet at times can be a bit rushed, if you go at prime time where there were a lot of families. Even then, it is manageable, just busy. One notable point though is that one time when it was busy, a staff member 'upgraded' me to a premium area to have a peaceful breakfast outside. It was a touch of class from them to recognise this before it was a problem, and do something about it. Typical of the service this place delivers. We tried a different pool each day and each one has its own advantages. You can easily find peace and quiet to relax, and there is excellent wifi coverage everywhere if you wish to be connected. The rooms were very comfortable and the standard from the cleaners was top notch. Often with top hotels, high standard come with a little bit of pretentiousness, but not here. Everything felt relaxed, but well managed. It made our trip a properly relaxing holiday.
