In addition to:

- 8 kg, 10 kg and 15 kg slam balls
- 5 kg, 7 kg and 9 kg medicine balls
- 15 kg weight vests
- 2 climbing ropes
- 6 benches for plyometrics (x2; 17 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm and 60 cm)
- Wall for handstand push-ups (HSPU)
- 10 kg, 15 kg and 20 kg hammer weights with 2 striking platforms, Assault Bikes, Rowers and SkiErgs to supplement metabolic training
- Resistance bands

We design 5 WODs (workout of the day) per week to improve physical capacities, and we maintain the OPEN WOD at all times (depending on the equipment).
