What does the experience include?
Enjoy a fun-filled family day out to Aqualava Waterpark: a water park that pays homage to the most iconic element of the Lanzarote landscape—its impressive volcanos—while remaining environmentally-friendly.
What you need to know
Located in Playa Blanca in southern Lanzarote, the Aqualava Waterpark boasts a range of modern and sustainable facilities. In fact, it uses geothermics (a renewable energy system which uses the heat accumulated in the ground) to keep its various swimming pools warm all year-round.
It has several main attractions such as a shallow pool presided over by a friendly octopus (Corsario Bay), a salt water wave pool that recreates a genuine beach experience (Aqualava Beach), a series of slides with incredible loops (Timan Fire) and a lazy river that can be travelled on single or double rafts (Magma River).
Aqualava Waterpark offers disabled access and provides a wide range of services (free parking, Wi-Fi, showers, changing rooms, lockers, etc.). To recharge your batteries at the end of the day, it also has a buffet-style restaurant with a live cooking stand (the Tiki Kitchen) and a shop in which you can purchase juices, water and various ice creams (the Tiki Shop).
