What you need to know before booking?

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• It is recommended to bring comfortable sportswear for yoga practice.

Included in the reservation:

• Initial and final nutritional consultation with nutritionist Alejandro Cánovas (includes anthropometric assessment: weight, height, BMI, body water, visceral fat, lean mass, metabolic age, GET, and body fat percentage).
• Interview and physical assessment with Katia Muñoz Olmo, Wellthy Expert, to plan sports activities.
• Individualized healthy diet for 3 days (all meals included).
• Fitness activities for 2 days (flexibility, cardio, toning, stretching, relaxation, etc.), adapted to all fitness levels.
• Outdoor yoga class (1 day) with Katia Muñoz Olmo, adapted to the retreat level.
• Guided meditation at one of the hotel's five Meditation Points.
• Garden Tour to reconnect with nature and enjoy its physical and mental health benefits.
• 90-minute spa circuit at the largest and most exclusive spa in Andalusia (1 day).
• Personalized beauty/wellness treatment recommended by the Wellness Personal Assistant (1 day).
