What the experience includes
The city of Jerez drastically changes at night: typical bars and tabancos, locals enjoying some drinks with their friends, the lights of the city centre at night and the ambient so characteristic of the south of Spain, why don't you combine a cultural visit with some fun? If you like how this sounds, this experience is for you!
With this nocturnal activity, you'll walk through the city center of Jerez de la Frontera between locals and monuments, following the ancient wall that once protected the city. You'll discover some of the cities most valuable monuments and venues for the locals along an official tour guide, experiencing the landscapes the nights of Jerez can offer.

You'll start your nocturnal walk in Plaza del Mamelón, a meeting point for locals where our official guide will introduce himself and the city of Jerez. Then, you'll walk to Tornería, a very popular nocturnal point for the locals in Easter, and learn about the tradition in Jerez and Semana Santa. Next, you'll continue to Plaza Plateros, where all the life in the city center of Jerez is located and continue to Plaza de la Asunción and El Arroyo, where you'll find out about the casas-palacio, mansions unique in the south of Spain intimately linked to the Spanish Empire and the business overseas with the recently discovered America. Next, you'll be amazed by the Cathedral of Jerez and the Alcazar, the true jewel of Jerez. In the sorroundings of the Alcazar, you'll learn about the medieval christian and arab past of the city and the importance of the fortress. You'll finish your walking route in the most important square of the city: Plaza del Arenal, just before going to a local tapas bar to enjoy some dishes and Sherry wine of our ambassador, who will tell you everything you need to know about them.
