What the experience includes
At Barceló Corralejo Sands we want to provide you with a healthy and sustainable cover of our land. At the Gastro Bar A Poniente restaurant you can enjoy a unique experience trying our sustainable tapa, made with local ingredients, in order to minimize our carbon footprint.
This tapa will be made with seasonal products, so in each season you can find different proposals. In addition, we have vegetarian and gluten-free options. Enjoy a tapa inspired by Mediterranean cuisine in our modern and cozy restaurant at any time of the year.
Enjoy good food as a couple or as a family in the most sustainable way possible. We are waiting for you!
Everything you need to know
- The tapa will be served from Monday to Saturday at the Gastro Bar A Poniente restaurant. In winter, it can be enjoyed from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. In summer, it will be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
