What the experience includes
If you are one of those who enjoy food and you are not able to decide on a single dish, at JAMAR Barceló Aracena we make it very easy for you. With our JAMAR ESENCIAL tasting menu you will try the seven dishes best rated by our customers and we also include two drinks to choose from shooter beers, soft drinks, waters or house wines:
- 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham PDO Jabugo
- Micuit My Way duck foie gras with chestnut toffee and dried apricot toasted brioche bread
- Avocado, pineapple, shrimp and lumpo roe salad with pink sauce served in a crispy wheat tulip
- Angus mini-burger with small owls, tomato from the garden, goat cheese from Aracena, bacon and caramelized onions
- Crispy Iberian cheek ingot on truffled sweet potato puree and local potatoes
- 100% Iberian prey vacuum cooked at 54ºC with accompaniment of wrinkled potatoes and homemade picón sauce
- Hot apple puff pastry made by hand and seasoned with seasonal nuts, flower honey from the Sierra de Aracena and vanilla ice cream.
