Everything you need to know
- Departures: Every Tuesday and Saturday. Bookings can be made up to 10 hours before the start of the activity.
- Meeting point: At 9:30 am in the centre of the Plaza de Oriente, next to the sculpture of Philip IV.
- Cancellations: 100% refunded if cancellation occurs before 48 hours before the start of the activity; 50% refunded in case of cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the excursion; and no refund if less than 24 hours before the start of the outing.
