The 3-day Moan Essential Mindfulness program offers the opportunity to disconnect from everyday and routine life to recover a full, serene and happy life.

This experience offers the initiation to learning to meditate, manage stress, regulate and balance emotions, detoxify the mind from mental fatigue, recognize mental patterns of blockage, promote concentration, memory, organization, promote interpersonal communication and interpersonal relationships, create healthy habits and expand consciousness to higher levels.
