Kayaking in Los Cristianos

What the experience includes

Kayaking in Tenerife has been gaining more popularity in recent years, as it's easy to manage, good for health, and lets you enjoy spectacular views of the South of Tenerife. These are the trips we can offer you from Los Cristianos: 

Kayaking 2 hours

Canoeing is a great kind of sport to enjoy the nature and do some water activities. We will start our trip in Los Cristianos, where we will have the chance to watch splendid views of the Palm Mar cliffs that are standing on the coastline like a huge wall. There is a high probability that we will meet ocean turtles and other marine animals on our way. This canoe tour lasts 2 hours and doesn't include snorkeling. A kayaking excursion is a good way to spend an active day by yourself or with your family.

Kayaking + Snorkeling

We start the our trip from the beach of Los Cristianos, and head to the PalmMar cliffs, with their impressive caves and caverns. We will go to a special place where sea turtles live, and do snorkeling to observe these lovely animals. PalmMar waters are also home to many other species of fish and marine animals, so what you see from the surface here will amaze you and leave great memories. Snorkeling with turtles lasts 30 minutes and is guided by an instructor. Then we do more canoeing in PalmMar to enjoy picturesque views of the area. The kayak trip lasts 2 hours and is accompanied by a professional guide.

Stand Up Paddle (SUP)

Enjoy a different way of paddling. It is a water sport also known as Paddlesurf that is based on standing on a Stand Up Paddle board with a Paddle surf oar to slide due to the impulse that the use of a paddle provides us on an aquatic surface, the sea, lakes and rivers. Its origins come from the Polynesian islands, although it became popular on the coast of Hawaii. As in any sport, practice makes perfect, but Stand Up Paddle is really a very, very easy practice, especially if you try it under favorable situations for initiation and with material according to your level and your physical condition.

Everything you need to know

• In the center there is a bathroom, kitchen corner, lockers to leave your personal belongings. 
• The kayaking excursion lasts 3 hours altogether
• Kids from 6 to 10 years old can go in the same kayak with their parents for free.

  • We arrange pick you up in the South of Tenerife for 2 euros per person in Callao Salvaje, Playa Paraiso, la Caleta, Fañabe, Costa Adeje, Adeje, Playa las Americas, los Cristianos, Palmmar, Las Galletas, Costa Silencio, el Médano. 
  • The pick up in Puerto Santiago, Playa la Arena, Alcalá and Playa San Juan is 15€ for the car (both ways)
