    “Excelente Resort”

    Todo o envolvimento do hotel é excelente. Espaços muito apelativos ao lazer. Staff muito disponível e profissional. Os quartos são óptimos. As zonas de restauração e bar também muito arejadas e com uma excelente oferta.

    “Fake Thai. Too corporate.”

    This could be a fantastic hotel, given the setting and the lovely rooms. However we soon found numerous problems and a lot that was fake.eg Staff were Spanish etc just dressed in Thai costumes, accompanied with a traditional Thai greeting. Hotel location very remote, no buses, expensive taxis and numerous inexplicable rules. We felt like prisoners with little contact with the outside world and no hotel information about meals, menus and availability of facilities. The evening buffet is to be avoided, 96 euros for 2 but virtually the same food as breakfast. Nine restaurants but only 3 open at same time, with same staff and same food. Our major problem was with the emphasis on corporate as these groups take over the hotel, drinking in the bar until 3.00am. The breakfast buffet was then demolished and not replenished. We spoke to Sergio at great length and he did try to help and we are grateful for this but then more problems arose. We wanted to use the indoor spa pool as the Zen pool was full of screaming children and not very relaxing. We were then informed that this would cost us 40 euros for 1 hour, unless we had a Spa treatment, the minimum cost of which is about 100 euros each. Finally we nearly missed our return flight home because of absolute mayhem in reception because of corporate groups, milling around the taxis. We have never before been so pleased when the holiday was over.

     Dear guest, First of all, I would like to thank you for the time that you have spent in explaining your experience in Trip Advisor. In reference to your comments I would like to explain that our Hotel, although it is a Thai and Asian Hotel, is located in Spain, that is why most of our staff is Spanish, although we have workers from different parts of the world. The service we offer to our clients is of the highest quality, regardless of the nationality of each one of us. As for our location, Asia Gardens is in a privileged place, with an exceptional climate all year round and 5 minutes drive from Benidorm and Finestrat. Not being a city hotel, we benefit from the tranquility that our customers are looking for when choosing our destination, but being at the same time, close to the city center, shopping center and tourist areas. Our clients, when they want to leave the hotel or go to the city, usually request a taxi that takes about 6 minutes to arrive, the price is around 12 euros, and we are always disposed to help you in what is possible, we apologize for have waited longer than indicated on this occasion, we will apply the appropriate measures so that this does not happen again. In reference to our Buffet Restaurant, I would like to inform that the breakfast is a continental breakfast, with dairy, great variety of fruit, cheeses, pastries, cereals, juices, hot dishes and eggs and pancakes show cooking. In contrast, the Rte. Buffet for dinner consists of a variety of entrees and salads, 11 hot main courses, 6 dishes in show cooking, seafood, 3 types of pasta and rice, plus our dessert island. With half board our costumers have included drinks from the house on the Rte. Udaipur buffet. We have several Restaurants, each different, Rte. Koh Samui (Thai), Rte. In Black (Gourmet), Rte. Buffet and Bar Bonsai that are open for dinner in low season. In high season, we also have Rte. Sushi & Moet, Rte. The island (fish and grilled meats) and Rte. Lombocci (Italian). To eat we always have open the Rte. Palapa (Mediterranean) and Rte. Zen (burgers, salads ..) We are sorry if we have not lived up to your expectations and we will inform our F & B manager about your comments to establish the appropriate measures. Regarding the comment about the pools, I would like to inform you that we have an outdoor swimming pool only for adults and heated throughout the year (Angkor Faces swimming pool), the entrance to the Spa has a cost of € 20 per person, we are sorry if this situation could caused you any inconvenience.     “Pure Luxury”

    Visited for 2 nights to celebrate a "special birthday " with my husband. Chocolates were left in our room as a Happy Birthday which were absolutely lovely. Room was spacious and luxurious with a bonus of a Sea View , beautiful bathroom with all amenities you would expect from a 5 Star Hotel. All staff without exception provided excellent service in the bars and restaurants. Koh Samui was my favourite restaurant and In Black also high standard of food / service. I have to comment on Half Board being great value , as although we paid a supplement to eat in the a la carte, the house drinks were all included also so we got fantastic value for money. My only negative for the whole of the hotel we used, was daytime pool bar service which was very slow and often non existent and we had to go and ask ourselves( not expected in this standard of hotel ) Moving out to Spain next year and this will be our new Getaway Hotel for our nights away !! Not cheap by any standards but we will happily return.

    “Resort incrível”

    Para quem procura paz, relaxamento e sossego é este o seu local de eleição. Com paisagens bonitas, jardins e lagos lindíssimos e piscinas de cortar a respiração. Não aproveitei os Spa, mas se tivesse de presumir algo, diria que eram excelentes. Não fiquei fã da comida, mas havia sempre alguma variedade. Animação é relativamente pobre e fica longe da praia. Como disse, é algo para umas férias calmas.

    “Um oasis no deserto”

    Excelente local com tudo o que é preciso para se relaxar. Quartos com muito boas condições e com boa decoração. As piscinas são excelentes e a água está sempre numa boa temperatura. Comida de boa qualidade e diversidade. O ambiente geral do resort é completamente contrastante com o ambiente que o rodeia. O espaço é verde, com muitas plantas e relva que reflecte bem o nome do resort. Só acho que a cobertura do Wi-Fi do resort tinha obrigação de ser melhor, mesmo nos quartos tinha falhas constantes.
