    “14 days too long”

    The Hotel Looked very modern and 4 Star and the staff helpful, they even changed the room so it would be closer to the lift ( good start )as my wife has problems walking The Room looked good but was NOT very practical even for fit customers Only 1 Draw unit draws with 3 small draws in No space for long dresses Very small toilet The shower controls were at the rear of the shower so you got a soaking of water before you had a shower ,and the floor was so smooth and slippery we had to put a towel down on the floor before I would allow my wife to go in as she need assistance in the shower ,also NO supporting handle which it should have even for a fit person ,( after complaining a bath mat was provided ) 2 leather arm chair were in the room but could not be used NO Room If you are all inclusive the security safe should be free. In a Adult only Hotel which this was you are bound to get some customers not so fit as others. The restaurant food was OK the first week as the as the number of customer were very low as it had only opened of a week but the food was cold I complained several times to the head waiter but said he would have a word with the kitchens, they had hot plate to store the food but they were not working only lights above the food ,the only way to get hot food was to put in the Micro wave even the bean had a skin on top and one night the fish was uncooked inside 4 star Hotel ?? We both was very unhappy about the food so we went out for a meal, Excellent ,The next night I said to the head waiter that we had a Excellent meal last night and he smiled ( we went out for a meal ) his face changed A new young waiter started and had problems opening the bottle of wine ,the Assistant Manger Antonio Quero snatched the bottle away and gave the young waiter a real dressing down in the middle of the restaurant ( very bad management ) I had a word with the young waiter afterwards and he said the he was very nerves ,It was not a problem with us I would have a word with the Assistance Manger The Assistance Manger knew I was very unhappy with his stile of management and I asked to see him away from the public and each time I got his attention he walked way . I was not the only customer complaining this was happening regularly every night but the waitress and other staff kept on smiling and all very pleasant. Lots of restriction on what you can have with all inclusive

Well, we have great recognitions about the service offered in gastronomy.     Adult only in brilliant location with stunning views. Very clean comfortable and modern, designed to give impression of a ship from inside and out, ground floor, four decks and a sun deck . Staff - first class throughout. Food very good in variety and quality. Rooms clean and comfortable. Genuine four star plus. Out of hotel to the right beautiful little bay with shops, cafes and restaurants. To the left and up hill to bus stop to Mahon. Cheap and regular.

    “Great Hotel”

    We loved this hotel. The Reception and Lounge Bar area gives a favourable first impression as you enter the hotel. We had a Superior Ocean View Room (217) which offered a fantastic view of Mahon Bay. The room was well equipped with a huge comfortable bed. We especially liked the bathroom which had a great overhead shower. We stayed on a half-board basis and to be honest the food exceeded our expectations. As it was a buffet service for dinner we thought that the standard would be passable at best but we were quite impressed with the variety and standard of the food offered. Breakfast was good and full marks to the chef operating the grill bar. She worked her socks off frying eggs, omelettes and pancakes. The only criticism I would make is that tea and coffee is self-service from a machine. The weather was not too brilliant while we were there so we didn't take the opportunity to try the outdoor pool but I would say that it seemed quite small for the size of the hotel and I would imagine it could get very crowded in the height of summer. The indoor pool is small and to be honest at first view I thought it was an ornamental pond. We spent an hour or so in the indoor pool area but found it a little oppressive. We could find no fault at all with the staff at the hotel. All were very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of minor points that we found mildly annoying. The first was the music played in the hotel. The jazzy muzac which is usually confined to hotel lifts was played everywhere and at a volume that meant it could not be classed as background. The only other annoyance was the rooftop bar which was never open. In defence of the hotel it was quite a breezy week while we were there so there was probably little demand for the bar to be open. All in all we thought this was a great hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    “Стильный отель”

    Остановились на три дня в данном отеле, жаль, что так мало. Все на уровне. Очень современный и стильный дизайн, приветливый персонал, прекрасно говорящий по-английски. Также можно вкусно покушать в ресторане при отеле.

    “Современный отель с хорошим обслуживанием”

    Отель имеет современный дизайн, особенно понравилась зона с гидромассажными ванными и лежаки на крыше отеля - когда бы мы там ни были открывались умопомрачительные виды, а на закате - вообще сказка! На завтрак отличный выбор и всегда много свободных столиков. Единственный минус - до пляжа около 20 минут на машине. Но в окружении морского воздуха и в бассейне мы чувствовали себя как в море.
