    “Barcelo Aruba”

    Staff and accommodations was amazing! What a wonderful clean resort. All so helpful and friendly to assist you Belinda Marolyn and Ivette were so helpful in the 1st club Maria D on house keeping kept our room very clean

    “Aruba Vacation 2019”

    Absolutely beautiful stay at the Barcelo Resort. The hotel was clean, staff was INCREDIBLY friendly, and the food was good with lots of dining options. I would highly, highly recommend upgrading the the Royal level, better options for alcohol, access to different bars, and the Royal lounge makes it well worth the extra cash. My family and I were absolutely in love with Rafael, our daily bartender at the Royal beach bar. He was INCREDIBLY friendly and kept a smile on our faces all day long while providing fantastic service. Rafael is the kind of person that MAKES your vacation. Nataly, one of the young women who worked in the Royal lounge was also incredible to us. She helped us plan our entire trip, booked all of our reservations (in and out of the hotel), including dinners and excursions. She was patient, kind, and so so helpful. Last but not least, the rooms were perfect and kept beyond immaculate. Our housekeeper, Francia, was perfection. She was over the top accommodating, checking on my family and me as often as she possibly could, recognized us instantly in the halls, and took beautiful care of our rooms throughout the duration of our stay. Overall it is a wonderful resort with all of the bells and whistles but in the end it is the staff that truly makes the experience worth every penny.

    “Buffet restaurant ”

    This is a beautiful hotel to look at and comfortable but let down badly by the buffet restaurant the food is 2 to 3 star will not return there again will try Riu as we have heard that it has fabulous food.

    “Enjoyable but somewhat disappointing.”

    We loved the location, Beach and pool and quaintness. Most employees were were very welcoming. The grounds were very clean as was the room and facility. The food was lacking unfortunately. Very limited selections in the specialty restaurants. Quite frankly the buffet stood out at breakfast and dinner from all other restaurants. ... A lamp didn’t work in the room. They changed the bulb but you had to pull the plug to turn the light off. Shelves broke in the lost which they fixed. The toilet leaked at the Johnny ring but they never fixed it. The shower door was broke.... never fixed ant the sink handle had to be fixed because it was missing a screw. I didn’t even bother telling them about the leaky shower head.

    I visited Carroll restaurant the food was very good but even better then that was the servjce.my waitress Marlene was one of the the bets waitresses we ever had.very friendly and attentive .thank you for the experience.we will definitely be back .
