    “January 4th 7 day holiday 😀 beautiful hotel”

    Beautiful hotel! We came on holiday to start of The new year and we loved every second! Hotel itself is very clean! And our rooms where beautiful! We where gold band all inclusive Q+ and we recommend doing this if u go! It’s fantastic because you get priority check in but also get to use the small restaurant where is very quiet and you can order off the menu rather than be in the buffet where it’s very busy! All though both are equally great it’s nice to have the option and at no extra cost! Also it’s all inclusive for brand alcohol which is good as I don’t like some of the own brand things so this worked out really good and also you get free entry to the spa with this and can use the facilities and children can come in from 10 till 2! Animation where very good especially Eva she was great with our daughter Ella-Grace and she also made the effort to come and speak to us on many accessions! I worked as a animation in many countries and also trained animators up and sent them To many hotels! This girl really stood out to us her excellent customer service not just with us but with all the other children’s and guest it really makes your holiday! We hope to see you next year if you are still there Eva! The only other comments I have is I just think upstairs lobby there was a man and woman duet they where great! The atmosphere was great upstairs when they where on! And it Was nice to sit up their for a change! Other nights where violinist which is not my cup of tea I highly recommend you getting Lobby singers for upstairs that sing English songs old and new this will give more of an atmosphere up there because it’s a shame because it’s such a nice bar. Also down stairs for me Tina Turner and ABBA where great the rest I think need to go and different shows to replace! I think the animator shows where good but could be better! The all around the world missed out the uk which many off the English guests where not happy but other than that the animation team where lovely Kids club fantastic! We are ill come back! I think the hotel could be a 5 one day! I think we may come back next jan! Thanks again Ceri xxxx

    “Not good!”

    Rude and unhelpful receptionist Several flights of stairs with heavy cases, lifts only in limited places Very tired room, overlooking yet another block of rooms, felt like a prison Tiled floor moved when walked on Chipped tiles all around room Electric socket loose Table leg loose ready to fall off Bathroom door varnish falling off and bottom of door damaged Dusty Food only average, Luke warm Generally not impressed, spoke to other guests who’d also had similar problems We asked our rep to move us to another hotel.

    “Food is meh”

    Nice enough hotel, the staff are polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy. Nowhere seems crowded even when there are many people there. My only complaint is the food, or there lack of. The food never changes from lunch to dinner, other than chips there is no plain option. The food only ever seems warm rather than hot and the options are limited for those who don’t particularly enjoy food with herbs/spices on it. The drinks are also limited, I found the morning/breakfast is the only time I could have a non alcoholic or carbonated drink other than water. All in all this is not a bad hotel the catering just needs a bit on TLC

    “Just what the doctor ordered”

    Just had an amazing holiday here Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and big shout out to the animation team who especially made our son (tom) holiday. The weather was amazing especially for January. The food at breakfast wasn’t my favourite but enjoyed the lunch and dinners. Entertainment was good but a little disappointed it was repeated after only one week especially when only on a 11 night break . I would return here as it is a very clean place and the pool areas were never crowded considering how good the weather was .

    “Horrid ”

    We arrived to a rude and unhelpful member of staff on the frount desk , Our room was tired looking and old style , No view , lots of steps to the rooms Had to lug cases up two fights of stairs as no lifts near rooms . Room was dusty , furniture was old stained and broken , Dinner was buffet style cold and not to my liking Tiles moved under our feet as we walked on them Chipped tiles in the room Plug socket hanging off wall Leg to table hanging off No kettle Bathroom door damaged Hotel was old and not what I expect from a 4 star More like a 2 star Ceiling fan had so much dust you could right letters in the dust One night is all I stayed there Had to move to avoid spoiling my holiday
