    “Amazing vacation!”

    We have been coming to this resort since 2006. We love everything about Aruba! Great weather, white beach, outstanding service. The Royal Club Staff is great, they are all very friendly and very professional. Special thanks to Sandra, Hazel, Veronica. As soon as I see their faces I know my vacation has officially started and they do everything to make my vacation pleasant.  The Royal Club Restaurant Staff is great, they do an exceptional job. Thank you George, Melvin, Lissete, Ederlina, Sylvester,Jose. Thanks to the housekeepers for a great job. Room was always clean.  The little disappointment was the Royal Club Bar. There is usually someone walking around asking us if we would like a drink throughout the day. This time, not one time has that happened. We did see the bartender asking other people for drink orders. Not Royal Club members. Not much of a complaint, more of an unusual disappointment. Comparing to the service from previous years. I think that needs improvement.  Bottom line. We had a great vacation thanks to Royal Club Staff!!!!!!

    “Aruba is Amazing!”

    Traveled to many of the Carribean Islands but Aruba was by far the nicest! Beautiful water, hotels, tours, casinos, so much to do. Felt safe, welcomed be the people, and enjoyed traveling outside of our resorts of shop just across the street. Warm in December, white sands of Palm Beach, warm water, and it's just the perfect getaway! We will be returning next year.

    “We love this place!”

    We have a time share here and every time we go it is always a pleasure. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the beach and pool are awesome! The hotel is in a great location because across the street is where all the restaurants and stores are located. Definitely worth the stay!

    “Satisfied”

    Nice variety of restaurants/buffet in resort. Beautiful upkeep on beach and pool area. Hotel nice and clean. Close to stores for shopping souviners, food, touring, etc. Plenty of casinos in the area & of course BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

    “Nice”

    The only thing I can complain about is the WiFi. Very poor. It's not working by the pool or beach. Even when it's working it's not that good. I could find better WiFi at restaurants outside the hotel. In the lobby area there is also a shop where you can book tours,very disappointed with them. Their name is de palm tours. They promised but they didn't deliver. Otherwise the hotel is nice. The people working here are very nice,helpful and they are trying to do their best to please you. I would like to mention here our waiter Lucson,one of the best. I can't complain about anybody. The room was not the best but they try to make it clean and ok. The food was good and plenty to choose from. All in all is nice here.
