    “Good place for stay, close to Anděl”

    The room was clean and tidy, toiletries were well stocked in the bath on arrival. The breakfast had good, healthy options and was different for each day of stay. The wifi speed was extremely slow in the room. The hotel is located about a couple of tram stops away from Anděl which has malls and restaurants.

    “Great atención!”

    Great and wonderful experience! When we arrived to the hotel we were well attended and guided. The hotel is really close to Prague City!!! Great rooms, food and even better attention! If your a sauna lover, you'll love the one they have!! Was very appeasing and relaxing! Will repeat!!

    “Fine for a short stay in Prague”

    Hotel in an old building on a street that looks very run down but modern and clean inside, nice enough. Very short walk from bus and metro station but we prefer to walk so didn't use public transport. Comfy beds which we could separate (good being mother and daughter not having to share a double). Bedding clean and comfy. Not enough storage in the bedroom, only 6 hangers between 2 people and not much drawer space. 1 fairly comfy chair and 2 very uncomfortable ones under the desk. Bathroom clean and modern ... nice. Bit odd there was only 1 robe and slippers for a 2 person break, maybe we were supposed to share. The robe was very scratchy and stiff. When booking we were led to believe this was in the centre but was actually a 40 minute walk to the old town, so good job the weather was nice. Food at breakfast was nice and enough choice. Coffee very good. Staff we spoke to did speak English well and were helpful enough, although we didn't have much cause to bother them. When reading this back I keep seeing 'nice' and that about sums it up. Maybe we've been spoilt with some really good hotels on all inclusive holidays and this could actually compare well to other hotels in Prague but it didn't give me the wow factor.

Concerning your comments about the hangers, I would like to mention that on request we are always happy to provide more. As per the bathrobe and slippers, this falls out of our standard, please accept my apologies for that. Our team would have provided the second bathrobe and slippers immediately if we had this information. I can assure You that guest's feedback is of great value to us because it helps us to understand what we still need to improve in the hotel and I would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention. The hotel is new and modern and offers all four star services for guests travelling for business or for a city break however it can´t be compared to all inclusive hotel resorts as it is a totally different product. I agree with you that the hotel has a convenient location near bus, tram and metro station and it is possible to reach all Prague highlights within 10 minutes. Walking by the river towards the city centre is definitely other great way how to explore the city. We appreciate your positive comments about the comfort of our beds. Cleanliness is our top priority and we are happy that you noticed it.
