    “Not for us”

    With us being in the small 5% of English stopping here, we didn't enjoy it as Occidental is heavily for German families. the staff were definitely not the friendliest. We got there and weren't greeted by the lady at the check in area- just a "yes?" Definitely no "welcome and enjoy your stay" ...the bar staff served other people while blatantly knowing you're next in line- when you eventually do get served, they pass on to another member of staff- when asking for a cup of coffee, they give you an espresso and cups of tea, they give herbal...maybe the language barrier was the reason but it doesn't hurt to say please and thank you... there were a couple of exceptions but I'm struggling to think of more than 2 members of their whole staff... not a good experience and we definitely won't be back!!!

    “Good hotel, poor surrounding guests (DRUNK GERMANS)!!”

    We arrived here early July and can't really complain about the hotel itself, other than the standard rooms which you can here every little detail through forcing us to upgrade to a junior suite (which I highly recommend). The all inclusive was good with a lot of drinks included along with good standard restaurant food with good quality. The only annoyance with the drinks system is having a sign your name and give your room number every time you order a set of drinks or even just one drink. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel amenities were of a good standard with the pool and gym area to name a few. The biggest let down for us and maybe our entire experience was the constant drunk Germans parading the streets during the day shouting and chanting sometimes, which was really off putting and disturbing for us and many others. To conclude if you have families with children about 12 and under, don't come to this area of Mallorca but, if you do come to this hotel, you must upgrade to the junior suite as it's so worth the money for the upgrade as the rooms are substantially better. Finally the food was good, ai good and nice staff, just a huge letdown about the partying Germans.

    “Average hotel”

    Im staying in this hotel for 14 days, arriving last monday, i have to tell, staff disconect with the clients ,one or two supervisiors doing the mission to be friendly with the clients, awaful animation and very bad organization at this matter, no information if you dont search for. Good facilities the swiming pools are ok, the bar and restaurant area are good, the meal is not fenomenal but acceptable. The all inclusive not a big deal but is acceptable. The service at the reception is awful, i was recived by a young girl without anykind of experience and she makes a lot of mistakes not acting acording the hotel rules. The room they give me dont have any view. So at this moment im a litle bit desapointing about some points in this hotel. The area outside the hotel is with a lot of bars Full of german teens groups, the beach are close to hotel, 5 minuts walking, the beach its very good. At this moment i cant recomend this hotel but i hope i can change my opinion in the next staying week...

    “Honest opinion”

    Great location beaches lovely but the good sunbeds are very pricey. The location does attract big groups of young party goers although music outside is turned off at 12am. The area is predominantly German and the only complaint I have about that is that they all seem to chain smoke and that can be uncomfortable to be around if you are a non smoker!
