    “Better than expected”

    Just returned from a great weeks holiday, not one negative point at all. The food was plentiful, lots of choice, hot and fresh, great fish, pasta and meat dishes for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was brilliant, such a great choice, great quality and lovely fresh bread. We had read a few negative reports regarding the food and that some of the staff were surly, well I can tell you that all members of staff from the management, waiting staff and housekeeping team were helpful, cheerful and effecient so,I can't really see where these comments had come from. Room was large, very clean, nice bathroom and good wardrobe space. Entertainment in the evening was quite good, some nights better than others but on the whole really good. It is worth having a sea view room as the other rooms do.not have a very good view and the sea view is amazing. Easy walk into Punta Umbria, town is a working town but not bad shops but walk along the promenade towards the ferry port and the views are lovely. Would recommend a trip to Seville but it is best to have a proper guided tour as you may miss all the best places to see.

    “Beautiful location (apart from nearby apartment blocks) but hotel has sadly deteriorated”

    On the plus side this hotel has a lovely location, with an attractive terrace bar, decent pool and access to a high quality beach long enough to have a good walk along. On the minus side it's really gone downhill since last year. Service (apart from the bar) is impersonal, rooms weren't serviced properly (had to mention something not done every single day eg cup weren't washed, bathmat disappeared and floors gritty, obviously hadn't been cleaned so nasty stuff stuck to your feet) and the refurbished dining room (more a canteen) is worse than ever - ranks of tables and buffet service (NOT good for the evening), no ambience whatsoever, food left standing around for hours, nothing freshly made (except if you choose the meat chop or fish of the day) and nothing served hot. The atmosphere is hectic, unpleasant and like Waterloo station in the rush hour. Not conducive to relaxed eating. Drinks machines etc located on the sides of the room and food at various islands in the middle so even getting your meal together can take a while, with people constantly walking and brushing past. Some others agreed with me - how people think this is normal is beyond me. The coffee and restaurant wine (from a tap!!) are undrinkable and I find even the stuff outside the inclusive deal is poor (chilled rioja? No way)...... The only thingI found drinkable was the cava. This hotel (and those companies using it) need to seriously revisit this offering - surely there should be waiter service in the evening, not this ghastly bunfight at each meal.

    “Beach holiday September 2017”

    Fantastic hotel, wonderful food some of th best ever for an all inclusive holiday. Brilliant beaches and friendly staff. Very clean and modern. Good Variety of evening hotel entertainment . A pleasing aspect is the good enforcement of making sure people do not leave their towels on the sun beds and not use them. This meant there was always a sunbed if you wanted one.

    “Week away ”

    We arrived at dinner time and had to wait for 2 hours for our room which wasn't a problem as we sat in the outside bar area, the hotel is huge and extremely clean our room was lovely and clean with a lovely balcony the food was nice staff was friendly absolutely loved are stay here 👍

    “Did not meet expectations”

    Hotel website says : " guarantees a complete holiday for the whole family in an exclusive enclave. A dream made true" My stay in the hotel did not match the description in the hotel's website. It did not offer any sense of an "exclusive" hotel and did not in any way offer a place where a "dream made true" could take place. I found the hotel pools overcrowded and too noisy. The hotel buffet food is mass produced and the fruit juices are served from cartons.
