    “Good Hotel”

    Had a weeks stay at the Hotel in November. Booked half board but upgraded to All inclusive which was good value. Booked through Barcello who own this hotel and used Tesco Vouchers for some of the cost as they triple up. When we arrived the cost we had expected to pay had miraculously gone up and was more that we had been quoted. Rooms nice and comfortable and the hotel grounds facilities and amenities were very good as was the food in the restaurant although at times a little cold. All in all a nice break. This hotel is in the middle of the town so a bus ride is required if you want the beach and there is a free bus service. We found out by accident that if you are an all inclusive guest then you can have an evening meal in the grill restaurant. We were not told about this and happened to overhear a conversation. make sure you ask at reception because you have to book which evening of your stay you want to eat there. Hoppa transfers from the airport were good and on time but make sure that if you book a speedy shuttle no more than 4 stops, that they do'nt try and stick you on a coach which calls everywhere.

    “A quiet relaxing hotel”

    Enjoyable but not up to normal Barcello standards. We had to wear a wrist band for the whole time to show we were half board. We had a few problems with tge room key and power to the room and reception and bar staff are not the friendliest we have encountered. The food was excellent.

    “Best holiday ever”

    Fantastic time in Grań Canaria. Good location of the hotel. Room equipped with modern furniture, including tv set fridge Andrzej safe. Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff in the reception as well in the restaurant. Evening entertainment on high level.

    “Not 4 star”

    Hotel generally ok.... room for improvement with the food, it states that the hotel is in the centre of playa del Ingles, it’s not, and there’s not a lot around the area....Staff friendly, and helpful.

We sincerely regret reading that our location did not meet your expectations although we kindly inform you that we are in the middle of Playa del Inglés at only 1,5 Km to the beach, near of schoping centers and so near the recreation areas as well.     “Thank you Barcelo!!”

    Beautiful hotel, very very clean and kept at the top, all others should learn from your guys! Service, food (except this woman serving at Italian corner) were exceptional, Josephina thank you for dealing with any queries so professional, special thank you to a reception staff Fernando (I think?), you are a massive credit to Barcelo, and of course I have to mention SAMARA SAMARA, YOU AREA WEE STAR!! Thank you and we hope to see you soon! By the way Judith did you post my postcards I left with you on my departure day please? No one receive them?? xxx
