    Beautiful hotel/location, staff are so friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff in particular are outstanding. Thanks for a wonderful holiday guys. Nice stroll into town along the promenade, where there are a variety of shops and eating places, with a nice little beach at the end.

    “Winter break”

    Lovely hotel with very helpful, friendly staff...defo would go back...nice food and clean and tidy thought-out our stay.Very children oriantated...Loved it from start too finish. Could be better if it was a little bit nearer Costa town centre

    “Terrible weather”

    We visited for Xmas And new year. 16 people. 2nd time here. Food is good. Bar snacks could do with improvement. We were unfortunately there and it was terrible weather so much my kids wouldn't use the pools even after buying wetsuits! They most definitely need to invest in a heated pool. The hotel is clean some rooms could use a refurb. But all in all I would return again.

    “Perfect hotel - great stay so far!”

    We are currently staying here on our first family holiday, the two of us and our 18 month old. This is only our second day, but I can say quite confidently that it's an awesome place. Great suite overlooking the pool, easy reach to all the bars and loads going on. The food is great, the drinks are good, but most of all the staff are amazing. Never have I felt so much like I am receiving 5* service, even when I've stayed in a 5* hotel! Yes the pools are a bit chilly, and yes some of the dinner choices are similar from day to day, but I've never known such a bunch of people, from reception, to maintenance, to entertainers, to food staff that have gone out of their way to be polite and helpful. Everyone has made us, and more importantly my little girl feel welcome. Highly recommended, we will be back! Chris, Cat and Francesca (room 5107)

    “Excellent Service, Poor Hot Food”

    We stayed for 2 weeks on an All Inclusive service. Loved our room which was quiet and easily accessible (until the lift broke down 3 days before we left) and we had good WIFI coverage in our room. Good and helpful housekeeping staff and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Really liked all the facilities and bars throughout the hotel. The only downside for us was the restaurant and some of the food. The cold food, salads, cheeses and deserts were very good and some dishes were really excellent. However the hot food was poor and the soups were generally inedible...sad as my husband likes soup at least once a day and rarely ate it here at all. The microwave saved the day on many occasions to heat up the "hot" dishes (including the chips) but I have never seen so much Tilapia in a restaurant, it appeared at every meal either on the grill or in a prepared hot dish. The first 3 days we enjoyed the food and then it became very repetitive to the point that I mainly ate pate, cheese or salad as my main course for most of the second week. The buffet restaurant was also freezing most of the time necessitating the wearing of at least a jumper/cardigan and many people wore jackets...not enjoyable. We did eat in the Mediterranean restaurant twice and it was very good (and heated). The items in the pool bar at lunchtime were pretty poor until the introduction of good salads and prepared sandwiches which happened a couple of days before we left...these were a big improvement and I would recommend that the hotel moves more towards this route. Now I must mention the bar and restaurant service. It was some of the best service we have experienced in a hotel and much better than the average all inclusive. The bar staff were always lovely and attentive and I liked being able to serve ourselves with drinks (especially at the pool bar so I could have just a very small gin or whatever at lunchtime). Being able to get a carafe of wine or soft drink on your table at lunch and dinner was also a big plus and the staff never failed to check whether a refill was required. The service in the Mediterranean restaurant was also very good with one waitress managing to keep her eye on a large number of tables and keeping everyone moving along with their meals perfectly. For the service and facilities we would consider returning but the main buffet restaurant would put us off doing so.
