    “NO AGGRO AT ALLEGRO!”

    My wife and I just spent a week here on all inclusive and we both had a wonderful time. When we arrived at hotel at 14.50 guy on reception ushered us straight into restaurant so we didn't miss lunch which was a nice touch. Food was very good and such a good choice if your first choice was being replenished. Heard people complain food was cold but we never found a problem. As with self service it can be a bit manic at times, I compared it to town on a Saturday afternoon! My one criticism is the coffee machine, it seems to have a mind of its own when busy, one minute it works fine then suddenly stops working and then it starts working again, I saw a lot of frustrated people wondering around with a cup in their hand! Couldn't fault the drinks and availability, bar can get busy at times but we never waited more than 10 minutes and good strength drinks too, I fell asleep in chair first night! We enjoyed the shows and the in house entertainment staff did a good job "Yeah Baby"! One of the pools was being worked on when we were there but that didn't bother us as we always found a spot at bottom pool. The beach at Playa de la Arena is black sand which means you have to hot foot it down to the wet sand which is ok if you can move fast. The sea to be honest is dangerous , I tried to get in sea and ended up cutting both knees because sea was so rough and couldn't get up. We decided to go down at night to try the local bars but the place was like a ghost town so we stayed in hotel for rest of holiday. So to sum up loved the hotel but wish it was in a different resort!

    Allegro lsora lovely stay staff lovely food plentiful snack nice had a lovely time lovely beach I would definitely recommend . Entertainment day and night very good for family’s. excellent hotel for all the family

    “Amazing amazing”

    Was there for 5 nights with my friend. The best hotel I stayed so far for me. Food was amazing and there is something for everyone. Restaurant was really good too. Staff so friendly. Even tho there was work getting done it’s not bothered us at all. Would go back there again.

    “Good hotel”

    Good hotel ,good location,5 min away from the black sand beach.Free wifi,the choice of food is great and the staff are so wonderful, they work so hard.overall had a lovely time , the rooms cleaned and the whole place kept very clean and tidy .would recommend this hotel to my friends.

    “1 week all inclusive”

    Myself and my friend have just come back from a week at this hotel, it was ok but i have stayed at lower rated hotels and got better. They were doing maintenance on one of the 3 pools, which Jet2 did notify us before visit saying that the hotel had offered us 2 free visits to siam park, on arrival the hotel knew nothing about it, the apartment was stunning the views exceptional, However the maids very rarely cleaned or changed bed linen and one occasion had to ask for new towels. Meal times were like a cattle market the hotel couldn't keep up with the guests even tho this was November, on ocassions having to wait for tables and food to be replenished. The all inclusive side was very under bar, self service in a corner, if you did want to que for the bar and get to the front and ask for a soft drink you was then re directed to the corner of the room where it was self service, the new pool opened during our stay which was lovely, but very busy as they closed the main pool half way through our stay. I dont think it was worth the rating it got however once its done up it will be stunning but there are better all inclusive resorts. The area is very quiet and it took a hour and half by bus to LosCristianos however we made the most of is as we was only there for 1 week.
