    “Lovely hotel”

    Location, terrific on North side, overlooking pools and Los Gigantes cliffs. On the South side it was overlooking the noisy street, not so pleasant. Our room was a junior suite with hot tub and was lovely. The staff were all very helpful, especially with birthday surprises for my wife. The food was good, no complaints. Pool area had 4-5 small pools. Parking is difficult in the street, but the hotel has a car park, but beware of the charge of 10 Euros per night, which I found unsatisfactory for a good hotel. Overall, the hotel was very good and I would have no issue with booking again if I go back to Tenerife.

    Acomadated us after a poor start of our months holiday we stayed at the balcon which was disgusting and dirty so John went over to the hotel and tony found us a nice room with sea view,we stayed in that room for 10 nights half board we then asked if we could stay in the hotel for one more week as we had flights booked for the 15th feb but we only had b&b which suited us better as we wanted to eat in some of the lovely restaurants nearby top tip go to the bars up to the top bar central and local tapas bars were the locals go beer and a large wine €2.80 .

    “Teneriffe with the best view”

    We were 8 days at barcelo santiago. We got at the check in a room with a sea view but it was at the corner and you had to go to the end of the balcony to see a bit sea. All the other balconies had perfekt view of your balcony and room inklusive bed.We asked for an another room and also get one one day later. At the reception were all the time really nice people. The second room had one of the best views of the part of the hotel on the side of the "big rock". We had a sea view also from the bed and a bigger balcony. The dinner was ok. We were already at many 4 star hotels all of the world. It is nothing special. It was nice but not really delicious. But if you look the price it is okey. We could not take much time there because we had also a baby with. It was perfekt for a fast dinner. The location is very good of the hotel. It is not so busy and not the beton style beach city from the 60-70'. The room was not perfekt clean but it was okey. The socks and the clothing from the baby was not white any more after being in the room at the floor. The quality for the price is reasonable. Because of that and the sea view we would like to come again. P.s.The baby bed was broken and dirty.

    “Excellent location”

    This hotel is in an excellent location close to the few shops and the harbour. The food is good especially the breakfast and lunches. The staff work hard but some are quite rude. The AI option like many hotels doesn't include some options including pool towels, named drinks and even some food at the pool bar is chargeable. There is obligatory upgrade to premium where everything is included. The entertainment team seemed to work hard although we didn't use them. The pools were cold (February) but people were using them. The hotel made a fantastic effort for Valentine's Day which we enjoyed

    “Lovely hotel”
