    “MarHellOS”

    3 stars hotel with 4-star claims. The bathroom was cold and the fan does not stop when the light goes out. The fan is heard running continuously. Room 102. 1-4 December 2017. The room is very small. To get to the window you have to jump over the bed. The TV was not functional, but it was repaired. The most unpleasant experience was in the bathroom. The shower was flowing everywhere. The hose from the shower was broken and the cold water dripped from the top

    “Very good service at Occidental Aurelia”

    This hotel has very good service and is certainly good value for money. It has helpful staff and very clean rooms. This was my first time to visit Rome and I got very good advice on the best way to see Rome. I had very nice stay at the hotel.

    “Nice Hotel”

    Hotel was close to air port but quiet a distance from city centre. Needed to catch public transport to get around. Maybe offer a shuttle service to city. Staff were pleasant and some went out of their way to help you (Giancarlo I think was his name)

Normally, we suggest to our guest the public transportation since there are many buses which take you to the city center just in front of our main door, but as you said, it would be much better to have a private service.     “Amazing staff”

    If you go to this hotel, you should take the breakfast. The food is good but the lady that works there is even better. She always has a smile, very helfull and always there when you need something. The reception staff is also very nice. The first day od arrival, the man on reception explained us everything and nothing is problem for them.

    “A Nice Hotel In Roma”

    I stayed here in early November. It is a hotel which by car is around 25 minutes away from the airport and outside the Tourists sights, however there is a bus service across the road from the hotel that will take you into the City Centre ( 1.50 Euros, you can buy single tickets for the bus from hotel reception). Or you can access the City via the tube( the tube station is around 12 minute walk from the hotel; turn left coming out of the hotel, walk down the road, when you come to the traffic lights keep to the left, walk straight on, walk passed the Coop supermarket, cross the road and walk straight ahead past by the McDonalds and you will come to the Tube station). I purchased a 2 day pass at the tube station for around 13 Euros and you can use it on buses, trams and the tubes , great value). The hotel was modern, I was given room 225. It was ok, clean with modern facilities but in some areas, it did look like the room needed redecoration. The breakfast was nice, mixture of hot and cold buffet and pastries. The staff were all very nice, warm and welcoming, friendly and very helpful. It was my birthday during my stay and they left a nice birthday message and sweet dessert in my room, I thought that was very kind. I really liked this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for an excellent stay.
