    “Impressed, thank you!”

    Had a very nice end of march week here- easy walking distance to amenities, beach, restaurants and starbucks-shopping area to get our wifi and extras fix. Food was very good for an all inclusive, fresh and the variety changed. Staff were yard working and made effort to please. Couple of times our drinks were not what we ordered, but overall we would come back again!

    “Relaxing vacation”

    We enjoyed our vacation. They staff was excellent especially Augustin at the bar. The staff in first club reception and Erik who greeted each morning with smile for breakfast. Everyone was very accommodating and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our time at the resort.

    “Royal Club Master experience”

    The room was magnificent. Royal club restaurant food was not great but the other restaurants took up the slack. The Royal Club pool was nice and relaxing - they were doing work on the cabana on the beach which was a bit dirty and blew debris into the pool area but overall was a good experience. The Hacienda was very good. Los Olivos was pretty good. We didn’t try Tokyo due to the reviews from guests that had gone days before us. Staff at the hotel is incredible!

    “terrible food”

    Room was nice but when it comes to an all inclusive hotel it has to guarantee that food is eatable!, I've never been to a place where they could mess up every meal so badly. I was starving all the time, food was horrible, like burnt toast, uncooked scrambled eggs, overcooked meat making it super dry... I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone!

    “Royal level well worth it.”

    We were recently at this resort for 10 days. We did upgrade to the royal on the 3rd day and were so happy we did. After a few frustrating encounters with the front desk staff we were so pleased with the concerige assistance at this level. The cabanas by the ocean and the royal level pool were divine. We would really like to single out the morning staff at the Royal Level restaurant. Aracely, Marela, Anahi and chef Yessi you are simply the best! You made the start of the day perfect on so many levels. We hope to visit you all again soon.
