    “Terrible customer service”

    We stayed last year in Montelimar. I made my reservation online with a credit card but when we arrived I forgot to bring that credit card. I ended up paying with a different one which was fine. A year later I get a charge on my credit card saying I was a no show. The person at the desk never cancelled our original reservation. Multiple calls and visits in person got me nowhere. They kept saying it was charged by the parent company in Spain. Just tried to book a new reservation over the phone today. The guy at the reservations obviously doesn't care about his job. He kept hanging up on me in the middle of the conversation. I finally gave up after three times. Barcelo you lost another customer because of terrible customer service. I even gave you a second chance.

    “all you eat/drink”

    All inclusive hotel! Place was very tropical and nice. They have the buffet for all you can eat and drink. The alcohol is not top shelf but the drinks were decent. We brought our own bottle and enjoyed it at the pool. The rooms were decent. Pool was clean and the staff kept the guests entertained with songs.

    “Perfect 10”

    We really enjoyed this place good food with lot choices clean swimming pool and good attention.all personal know what they doing the whole place is amazing I so happy to pick this place for our vacation

    “Family Stay”

    I was with my family at Barceló Montelimar last week, it took us a while to get there but once inside it was worth the trip, the assigned caddy was the best, the food excellent, a huge pool but the only thing we did not like was that it was too Overcrowded with very rude people. Everything else was great.

    “Nic. Montelimar”

    I always come to Barcelo because of the convenience of having all inclusive. Barcelo staff members always provide excellent customer service but they need to work on their food variety. We stayed for 2 days and had chicken, steak and pork made almost the same way those 2 days.
