Located in a unique spot by the sea, it has 27 competition holes, par 72, with 9 par-3 practice holes. Challenging for the lowest handicaps and kind to players of a lower level. It offers one of the largest practise courses in Europe, with a width of 300 m (120 players at the same time) and 350 metres long on the seafront.
