Premium Level is the exclusive services and facilities concept found in the Barceló Premium Level hotels, which provides guests with a superior and exclusive level of service. To enjoy Premium Level services book one of the following room categories: Premium Level Ocean Front Junior Suite or the Premium Level Ocean Front Suite (in the latter you can enjoy the facilities and services at Barceló Maya Palace Hotel).
It includes, among others, the following services:

- Exclusive Concierge service for Premium Level guests
