San Hô
Restaurant with One Star in the MICHELIN Guide Spain 2024 where the best of Japan and Peru come together, in a Canarian context.
We propose a trip. The stops? Peru, Japan and the Canary Islands. As? Through the Nikkei cuisine of Peru.
The term Nikkei encompasses emigrants of Japanese origin and their descendants, in this case, in Peru. This origin and the mix of its culinary tradition with the Andean country have given rise to this type of cuisine that has now become a global gastronomic trend. San Hô proposes Nikkei cuisine with Canarian products as part of it.
The proposal is led by chef Adrián Bosch (Best Absolute Canarian Chef 2012 and finalist in the prestigious Best Chef in Spain 2016 competition), chef Eduardo Domínguez (Best Absolute Canarian Chef 2016) and Daniel Rozada Tsang in charge of the dining room.
Need an advance? You can't leave without trying the Japanese makis and nigiris, the lomo saltado or the Peruvian ceviche with leche de tigre and smoked sweet potato. It tastes as good as it sounds.
