An exclusive experience aboard a traditional Menorcan llaüt, designed for those who want to experience the solar eclipse of August 12 in a different way: from the sea, in absolute calm, surrounded by nautical history and open sky.

The afternoon begins with boarding an authentic Menorcan llaüt, the island's traditional boat, where a welcome cocktail created especially for the occasion is offered: the"Dark Side".Each participant also receives a kit with certified glasses for the safe observation of the phenomenon.

During the journey, an astronomer or specialized popularizer offers a brief intervention to put into context the astronomical phenomenon that is about to be experienced, resolving doubts and providing a scientific perspective to the experience.

The climactic moment comes around 20:15h, when the sun is covered by the moon and the sky darkens above the sea horizon — an unrepeatable moment, experienced from the roof of the llaüt in the crystal clear waters of Menorca.

After the eclipse, between 20:30 and 21:30, the experience continues with a light dinner served on deck: a signature snack made with seasonal local produce, paired with wines from the island, while the ship sails back and the night settles permanently over Menorca.

An evening that combines nautical heritage, local cuisine and an exceptional astronomical phenomenon, in an intimate and exclusive format aboard a traditional Menorcan llaüt.
