Ritual Eclipse: the art of holding the moment.

Under the stillness of a sky that transforms, this experience invites us to stop the usual rhythm and open adeep connection space. In the quiet and harmonious environment of the Garden of Peace, the eclipse becomes more than just an astronomical phenomenon: it is an opportunity to look inward and readjust personal balance.

The session, guided with subtlety, combinesgentle stretching and breathing techniquesaware that they accompany the change of light, favoring a progressive release of tensions and a state of full presence. Each movement is designed to synchronize body and mind with the moment, while the gloom envelops the space and accentuates the sense of pause.

For 45 minutes, time seems to thin out. The focus is on the essentials: the rhythm of breathing, the softness of the body in motion and the connection with the natural environment. The experience is completed with a selection of scented waters, designed to refresh, moisturize and delicately accompany this moment of introspection.

Although this solar eclipse will not be visible from our location, this moment invites us to stop, look up and connect with the environment. It is an opportunity to appreciate nature, share the experience with those around us and enjoy a unique event
