At Barceló Isla Canela, yoga aligns with the sky in a session designed to accompany the moment of the eclipse.

Facing the sea and the changing rhythm of light, the practice flows between postures, breathing and conscious pauses, following the transition of the sun as an essential part of the experience.

Far from being a simple backdrop, the eclipse marks the pulse of the session, guiding each movement towards a state of greater connection and presence. A short thematic talk is integrated in a natural way, providing a suggestive look at this phenomenon and its link with cycles, change and inner balance.
