Discover all the secrets of our Vital Corner with the help of our dietitian-nutritionist Alejandro Cánovas. In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare simple, healthy, and balanced recipes for a delicious and energizing breakfast. The workshop is designed to teach you how to combine fresh and natural ingredients easily, so you can replicate these recipes at home and improve your daily diet.

The experience begins with a healthy buffet breakfast from 10:00 to 11:00, where you can enjoy a variety of fresh, nutritious, and flavorful products. Afterward, from 11:30 to 12:30, you will enjoy a nutrition workshop with our expert, who will guide you through the learning process and provide useful tips for maintaining a balanced and healthy diet.
