What should you know before you go?

Included on booking:

• The price includes a welcome drink, buffet dinner, half a bottle of Spanish wine, water, tea, coffee and Petit Fours.
• The buffet includes:
  • CHARCUTERIE, CURED FISH AND CHEESE STATION: Fine continental cold cuts, homemade cured fish and selected cheeses with homemade chutneys and dips.
  • GARDE MANGER STATION: A selection of hand-crafted salads and antipasto jars.
  • SEAFOOD APPETIZERS: A variety of shelfish, crustaceans, smoked cured fish and other seafood delicacies prepared by our dedicated chefs.
  • SOUP STATION: Clam chowder soup, wild mushrooms and blue cheese soup.
  • PASTA AND RICE STATION: Swordfish ravioli with gingered spinach creamy sauce. Pumpkin risotto with turkey confit and goat´s cheese. Potato gnocchi with blue cheese and walnut sauce. Oriental noodles with stir fry vegetables.
  • FISH STATION: Rolled seabass with sprawnmousse, lemon grass velouté. Dorado fish ´al cartoccio´ style. Gray meagre with herb crust and salsa verde. Mussels and langoustine hot pot
  • MEAT STATION: Slow cooked pork cheeks in port wine. Chicken thighs ´cacciatore´style. Venison stew with chocolate sauce. Veal loin with mustard sauce.
  • CARVERY STATION:Traditional roasted turkey with sage, onion stuffing and gravy. Prime rib of beef with thyme jus and Yorkshire pudding. Roasted lamb leg studded with rosemary and garlic.
  • SELECTION OF VEGETABLES AND ACCOMPANIMENTS
  • DESSERTS: Festive minced pies, Christmas log. Spanish roscón de Reyes. Forest berry panna cotta. Christmas pudding, profiteroles with chocolate, custard Gulab jamon pots, mini fruit tarts, mini lemon meringue, Tarta de Santiago. Carved fresh fruit.
