Say goodbye to the year in style and begins 2026 with a unique experience at Barceló Fortina Malta. We invite you to enjoy a tempting New Year's Eve buffet dinner at the elegant Stella's Restaurant, where gastronomy becomes a celebration.

Let yourself be seduced by a careful selection of festive dishes, prepared by our chefs to surprise your senses and share special moments with those you love the most.

And when the clock strikes midnight the party continues! Join our lively celebration with live DJs, toasts, music and a vibrant atmosphere that will keep you dancing until the wee hours of the morning.

  • Special buffet dinner, half a bottle of Spanish wine, water, tea and coffee
  • After-dinner party in our Bridge Lounge with a complimentary house drink and a selection of canapes served at 1 am.
  • The menu includes:
    • CHARCUTERIE, CURED FISH AND CHEESE STATION Fine continental cold cuts, homemade cured fish and selected cheeses with in housemade chutneys and dips.
    • GARDE MANGER STATION A selection of hand-crafted salads and antipasto jars.
    • SEAFOOD ANTIPASTO A variety of shelfish, crustaceans, smoked cured fish and other seafood delicacies prepared by our dedicated chefs.
    • SOUP STATION Classic Prawn bisque. Jerusalem artichoke and coconut velouté.
    • PASTA AND RICE STATION Lobster ravioli with garlic, chili and spinach olive oil. Pulled beef risotto with porcini and pecorino. Asian style noodles with stier fried vegetables and crispy duck. Lobster and scallops paella.
    • FISH STATION.  Rock Lobster tail thermidor. Salmon fillet with Teriyaki sauce. Seabass fillets with herb gremolata, tomato and basil..
    • MEAT STATION Corn-fed chicken with wild mushrooms and gravy. Lamb french rack with herb crust and thyme jus. Duck legs confit with orange marmalade. Stuffed pork fillet with dried fruit and apple sauce.
    • CARVERY STATION Tomahawk al sale. Traditional roasted turkey with sage, onion stuffing and gravy. Local gammon studded with cloves and honey glaze. Grouper al sale
    • SELECTION OF VEGETABLES AND ACCOMPANIMENTS
