Christmas Eve dinner at Barceló Murcia Siete Coronas

Once again, at the Barceló Murcia Siete Coronas Hotel we have prepared a very special menu for you and your loved ones to enjoy a magical evening.
Let yourself be enveloped by the Christmas spirit, the unique flavors and the welcoming atmosphere we have created for this long-awaited evening.

• Dinner will start at 21:00 and will take place in the Hotel lounges. Our service (food and drinks) will end at 02:00 a.m.
• December 20 is the deadline for confirming the number of diners and paying for 100% of the contracted menus.
• The menu will be contracted by all diners.
• The bill for the open bar will be for drinks. Regular brand glasses are billed at 7€ and premium brand glasses are billed at 10€.
• Menu not subject to change. It will be suitable for vegans, vegetarians, allergies, intolerances...
• For reasons of hygiene and safety, the entry of drinks and food from outside our organization is prohibited.

WELCOME COCKTAIL: Dressed olives and chips

ENTRANTS TO THE CENTER:

• Gildas
• Marcona tuna mojama with almond
• Spherical crisp with creamy Norwegian salmon, citrus fruits, coffee and caviars
• Segureño mini lamb pita with peppermint and curry
• Bluefin tuna cube with veil of Iberian bacon and hoisin
• Galician mussels with guacamole, citrus marinade powder, kimchi vinaigrette and chia seed

INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT:

• Warm lobster jelly with shrimp, oloroso pearls from Jerez and cherry
• White asparagus cream with scallop tartar, old mustard and truffle

PRINCIPAL: Murcian-style suckling pig with red vermouth, prunes and candied grapes

DESSERT: Cheese cake based on specules with vanilla cream from Madagascar and chocolate and Christmas sweets.

DRINK: José Pariente, Verdejo D.O. Rueda, Finca Villacreces Pruno, D.O. Ribera del Duero, Beers, Water and Soft Drinks. Coffee and infusions
