• The meal will start at 14:00 in the Hotel lounges. The food and drink service will end at 21:00 hours.
• December 20 is the deadline for confirming the number of diners and paying for 100% of the contracted menus.
• The bill for the open bar will be for drinks. Normal brand cups will be billed at €7.00 including VAT and premium brands at €10.00 including VAT.
• Menu not subject to change. We have vegetarian, vegan or any type of special menu (with special attention to allergy sufferers and celiacs).
• For reasons of hygiene and safety, the entry of drinks and food from outside our organization is prohibited.
