This experience proposes a practical immersion in the Art of Mediterranean rice Hand in hand with Chef Xavier Gallifa, discovering the secrets, techniques and key times to achieve perfect rice.

During the class, participants will prepare one of our emblematic rice dishes, such as Paella Mistress or the Vegetable rice from the garden, in an environment dynamic, close and fun, where they are shared tips, experiences and culinary anecdotes.

After the elaboration, the workshop culminates with the Tasting prepared rice In the Arrozante Restaurant, turning learning into an authentic gastronomic moment to enjoy and share.
