Fuengirola Tasting Experience

We invite you to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience at our restaurant, where you can savor an exclusive selection designed by chef Xavier Gallifa and presented by our maître Moisés Cutilla. This package is perfect for special occasions, romantic lunches, or those seeking a memorable culinary experience.

The experience begins with an aperitif of your choice, either a beer tap, a glass of generoso wine, or a vermouth, followed by a carefully selected tapas platter, including:

• Scallop tartar with mango and wasabi emulsion
• Octopus salad with carabinero mayonnaise
• Oxtail croquette with quince jam
• Artichoke with foie and prawn with balsamic cream

Next, you can choose from a variety of rice dishes, ranging from the most traditional to more innovative versions:

• Paella Senyoret
• Black paella with mussels and tiger prawns
• Paella with Boletus and artichoke

To finish, enjoy a cheese tart with red fruit coulis, accompanied by coffee or tea. Additionally, you will taste one of the following wines, specially selected to complement the menu:

• White wine Verdejo Señorío de Nava
• Red wine Ribera del Duero Señorío de Nava
