If you're someone who enjoys food and can't decide on just one dish, JAMAR Barceló Aracena makes it easy for you. With our JAMAR ESSENTIAL tasting menu, you'll try the six dishes best rated by our guests, plus we'll include two drinks: draft beer, soft drinks, water, or house wines:

• 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham DOP Jabugo
• JAMAR salad with avocado, pineapple, prawns, and lumpfish roe with pink sauce served in a crispy wheat tulip
• Cod pavías with miso mayonnaise on the side
• Mini aged blonde beef burger with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onion, bacon, and melted cheese
• 100% Iberian pork shoulder cooked sous-vide at 54°C with a side of wrinkled potatoes and homemade mojo picón sauce
• Warm, handmade apple puff pastry garnished with seasonal nuts, Sierra de Aracena flower honey, and vanilla ice cream.
