What is the minimum time period to make a booking?
The minimum time period for booking is 3 months before the event date. We recommend making your reservation as soon as possible to ensure availability.
What catering options do you offer? Is it possible to do a tasting before the wedding?
We offer a wide variety of catering options, including custom menus. Additionally, we provide alternatives for vegetarian, gluten and lactose free diets, as well as for diners with special needs.
A tasting session can be scheduled beforehand to select the dishes that best suit your preferences and those of your guests.
Have you got a team of wedding planners at the hotel?
Yes, we have a professional wedding coordinator who will be on hand to assist you at every stage of the planning, making sure that all details are perfectly organised.
What spaces have you got available for the ceremony and reception?
For the ceremony, we offer the following spaces:
- Gazebo, an intimate and romantic space.
- Buddha Garden, ideal for an outdoor ceremony surrounded by nature.
For reception, you can choose between:
- The interior room, an elegant and air-conditioned space.
- The Buddha Garden, perfect for outdoor celebrations with a unique atmosphere.
What is the maximum capacity of guests that can be accommodated?
- Indoor room: Up to 350 guests.
- Buddha Garden: Up to 1200 guests.
- Gazebo (ceremony): Up to 100 guests.
Our spaces are designed to accommodate events of different sizes and styles.
Do you offer photography and videography services? Can we bring our own suppliers?
The hotel does not provide photography or videography services. However, you are welcome to bring your own trusted suppliers. We will make sure to co-ordinate so that they can work comfortably in our facilities.
Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?
We do not currently offer babysitting or childcare services during events. We encourage you to co-ordinate with third-party provider if you need this service for your guests.
Are there spaces or private rooms for the preparation of the happy couple?
The spouses to-be can use their private room to get ready before the event. Please, inform the staff if you need any additional assistance for this purpose.
