La Dolce Vita restaurant gives guests the chance to try pasta and pizza in the purest Italian style. Enjoy a selection of home-made exquisite dishes that will take you to a real trattoria, just as if you were savouring these culinary delicacies in Rome.
The best way to start this experience is trying some of the delicious dishes that you will find among the antipasti, such as il tagliere dell'oste, an Italian product board that includes products like Parma ham, pancetta, cherry tomatoes, stracchino, Tigela and piadina. If you prefer to have a something lighter, go for the vellutata di pomodoro, a tomato cream with thyme and rosemary that you'll love.
Now that you've worked up an appetite, it's time to go for the main courses, among which you will find delicious au gratin dishes such as the parmigiana, a lasagne made of aubergine, tomatoes, Italian cheeses, vegetables, garlic and basil; and traditional home-made pasta like gnocchi, made from potatoes, with your chosen sauce from the extensive selection available.
The assortment of risottos, as well as the different Italian-style meat and fish dishes, are irresistible. However, the essential dish that no one can miss when visiting the restaurant are our homemade pizzas, made in a special oven. The focaccias are the final item on this comprehensive menu, as well as the dolci, along with an impressive list of available wines to pair the menu's delicacies.
