At the Barceló Punta Umbría Mar Wellness Centre, you can choose from a wide selection of personalised treatments, from facial and body aesthetics and peelings to spa wraps and rituals, as well as relaxing and therapeutic massages from different parts of the world.
The hotel's gym is equipped with cardio machines, weights and functional equipment so that you can train at your own pace during your holidays.
Guests can follow our WeBalance digital wellness programme, with which they will find balance before, during and after the trip, through a holistic plan with experiences that encourage an active lifestyle. Available on the Barceló app.
