We offer yoga sessions which are focused on promoting overall health and wellness through the practice of physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation.

Other sports that can be played at the hotel include racquetball and squash, and there are also pickleball courts for avid players. Both racquetball and squash are played on fully enclosed courts, with four walls and a roof. The object of the game is to serve or hit the ball in such a way that your opponent cannot return it correctly. Certainly a great way to have fun while exercising!
