Through its dishes, the restaurant tells the living story of the city, reinterpreting iconic recipes and offering a carefully curated selection of sweet and savoury bites. The restaurants and bars at Barceló Santa Cruz Contemporáneo offer a wide variety of gastronomic options and an outstanding culinary experience.
The restaurant is advised by the Padrón brothers, the first Canarian chefs to be awarded 2 Michelin stars for their restaurant El Rincón de Juan Carlos (located at Barceló Royal Hideaway Corales). They have also been awarded 1 Michelin star for Poemas by Hermanos Padrón and hold 3 Repsol Suns.
