After 13 years together, their story proves that good communication is the key to a long and happy relationship. "Fortunately, I don't think we were angry for more than an hour. Communication has been essential for everything to go so well," shares Rodolfo. Over time, they have built a bond based on dialogue, respect and the certainty that they are always on the same team.

Deciding to get married was a natural step in her story, although not without doubts. In Mexico, it is still not always easy for a couple of men to make such a decision with complete peace of mind. They didn't know how their families would react.

The decisive moment came when they spoke with Rodolfo's mother. "When we told her, she was so happy for us that she hugged us without hesitation. He even joked that we had already taken a long time to make the decision. That reaction was the boost we needed to relax and start shaping our dream wedding," says the couple.

From then on, every detail was thought out with intention. They wanted the celebration to reflect their personality, their tastes and, above all, for their guests to feel part of something intimate and familiar. It wouldn't just be a wedding, it would be a celebration of their history.

The big day in front of the sea

The ceremony was "simply unforgettable", with the sea as a backdrop and a sunset that unfolded little by little over the horizon, creating a magical atmosphere where every moment seemed to be suspended in time.

They chose to get married at the Occidental Nuevo Vallarta, an environment that further elevated the magic of that day. The entrance was one of the most emotional moments of their lives. "Seeing the person you love walk down the aisle is an image that stays etched forever," the bride and groom explain.

All the guests were dressed in white, creating a luminous and harmonious atmosphere that blended with the colours of the sunset. The sky began to transform just at the moment of their entrance, giving them a natural setting full of magic. Between complicit looks, smiles and contained emotion, they sealed 13 years of love with the promise to continue choosing each other every day.

Today, they dream of returning in 5 or 10 years, to celebrate the important moments that life throws at them. Because their wedding wasn't just a ceremony, it was confirmation that true love doesn't just exist... but it is also honoured, defended and celebrated in a big way.
