1) The stay must be paid through a
foreign credit card (the owner of the credit card must be present at the
time of payment).
Note: Payment in cash or by Mexican credit card or traveler's check will not be allowed.
2) Each guest must present the original foreign passport and a copy of the immigration form.
Note:
The Hotel will keep all photocopies of passports and
immigration documents confidential at all times, unless
audited or subpoenaed by the appropriate government authorities.
3) The tax
incentive (zero rate) will only apply to guests attending
the event. All guests staying in the same room must
meet the necessary requirements in order to receive the benefits of
the zero fee.
Payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged to confirm the reservation.
Final payment upon arrival, during check in.
The total price of your booking will increase once local city taxes have been applied. (31.12 MXN per room per night)

The VAT rebate will apply for the period from one night before the start date of the event to one night after the end of the event; for all additional dates the special group rate will apply.

The special group rate applies depending on occupancy: single (1 guest) or double (2 guests). (Rates are per person not per room)
The group rate applies 3 days before and 3 days after the official dates of the event.
The group rate can only be applied to guests attending the event and/or accompanying someone attending the event.
