Located in the garden area, facing the sea and with a dreamy terrace, the Arrozante restaurant at the Barceló Cabo de Gata hotel welcomes diners in an unbeatable setting and with a gastronomic proposal based on signature rice dishes. Flavour and quality are the main protagonists of the table. Arrozante is committed to a cuisine in close contact with the land and traditional Spanish recipes, serving rice dishes made from a key ingredient: the "bombita" rice variety from the Albufera de Valencia. This rice is cultivated by hand in the Valencian region of Ribera Baja, the home of paella and rice cultivation on the peninsula, unleashing the passion of the most famous chefs in the country.

Arrozante is more than a restaurant; it is a culinary concept with rice as a guiding thread and Carlos Otaola, one of the best rice masters in Spain, as chef. The star ingredient on its menu is the "bombita" rice variety from the Albufera de Valencia, with which they cook the traditional Valencian paella, black rice or senyoret, as well as soupy rice dishes using ingredients such as lobster, cuttlefish with pumpkin or oxtail.
