The Premium Level service at the Barceló Monterrey Valle hotel includes:

Early check-in and late check-out, subject to hotel availability.
Extended continental breakfast in the Executive Lounge (30th floor), Monday through Friday from 6.00 to 11.00, and Saturday from 7.00 to 12.00 On Sunday at the Mitras restaurant.
Snacks from 18.00 to 21.00 in Premium Level, on the 30th floor.
White wine, red wine and beer happy hour from 18.00 to 19.00, in the lounge on the 30th floor.
Complimentary ironing with 1 garment maximum during your stay, subject to laundry hours policies.
Printing of 10 black and white sheets for each room.
Cleaning service for one pair of shoes per stay.

Note: Guests or people who are not registered with the hotel are not allowed on the Premium Level floor.
