Our Fitness Centre offers personal attention in a fully-fitted area with a gym equipped with the leading brand Technogym , as well as an additional three rooms designed to make sure that guests can enjoy different guided activities.
Our Fitness Centre is an official Les Mills centre with activities such as Body Pump and Body Balance offered in a programme of over 60 weekly classes led by our personal trainers.
Thanks to the support of our professionals, our fitness centre concept goes above and beyond to offer you a facility in which to work out; we now offer guidance on your training, by creating an exercise programme adapted to your needs.

Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00.
Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted.

Fully-equipped open-air facilities measuring 250m² with the best material by the brand Singular WOD.
Barceló Punta Umbría Beach Resort has created a unique and cutting-edge space in a hotel complex both in terms of infrastructure, service, opening hours and equipment: assault bikes, rowing, climbing ropes, battle ropes, steps, bars and weights for weightlifting exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, rack with bars and rings for gymnastics, sleds with a dedicated track, balls, elastic resistance bands, and jump ropes for double jumps.
And all of this in an amazing environment surrounded by natural spaces for running and with 4 km of beach.
Our personal trainers (with CrossFit Level 1 certification) offer a daily programme of strength training and physical conditioning based on functional exercises.
