What is the minimum time frame to make a reservation?
We recommend starting the booking process 6 to 12 months in advance to ensure the availability of spaces and services. The final number of guests must be confirmed at least one month before the wedding.
What catering options do you offer and can we have a tasting before the wedding?
We offer a gourmet culinary experience with menus adapted to your tastes and needs. Depending on the wedding package you choose, it is possible to design a personalised menu that will surprise your guests.
Do you have a team of wedding planners at the hotel?
Yes! We have a team of expert wedding planners who will accompany you in every detail, ensuring that your wedding is everything you dream of and more. From the initial planning to the big day, you will be in good hands.
What spaces are available for the ceremony and reception?
At the Royal Hideaway Playacar we offer a white sand beach, perfect for ceremonies by the sea. Terraces, such as Deck Terrace and Spices Terrace, ideal for outdoor receptions. Gardens and relaxation area of the SPA, for celebrations with a unique touch. Spa pool, an exclusive location with capacity for up to 180 people. Low lobby, elegant and adaptable for intimate ceremonies or banquets.
What is the maximum capacity of guests that can be accommodated?
On the beach, we can accommodate up to 200 guests. Indoor spaces and terraces: ideal for more intimate events, with a capacity of up to 50 people, depending on the setup.
Important note: For events on the beach or open areas with more than 100 guests, it will be necessary to rent a tent.
Do you offer photography and videography services or can we bring our own vendors?
We have an in-house supplier who will provide you with packages and prices during the planning. If you prefer to bring your own photographer or videographer, you will need to cover an external vendor fee of $1,000 USD.
Does the hotel provide babysitting or childcare services during the wedding?
No, the hotel is adults only (+18 years)
Are there private spaces or rooms for the preparation of the bride or groom?
Yes, but only if you book the Royal Gold Package, which includes access to a dressing room/bridal suite for the preparation of the bride and groom.
